UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time and USPS Express by 12:30 p.m. Central Time to ship the same day, Monday through Friday only (no weekend pick-up or delivery). For Overnight orders, if your item is out of stock, we will email or call you promptly. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week.

All international orders are sent via the US Postal Service. We do ship to APO addresses and the shipping rates are the same as our domestic rates. These packages can be delivered via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2 or more items). You simply enter APO as the city and select the appropriate Armed Forces designation from our pull-down US/Canadian State/Province menu.
Very Important – be sure to select USA as the Country also on any military shipping address. If you do not select USA as the Country in your shipping information, the system will charge International Shipping on the order.
If billing and shipping addresses are exactly the same, complete the billing info and click on the box next to "Check here to deliver to the billing address" and skip this section. Scroll to the bottom of the page to continue.
If shipping somewhere other than the credit card billing address, complete the billing and then type in the specific shipping information also. Do not click the box mentioned above because it will overwrite the information you’ve entered into the billing information section.

Video formats contained on our site are VHS NTSC format only.
We do not carry PAL or SECAM for those customers outside of North America that require this format. However, many non-US VCRs are dual format and will play the NTSC format. Check your manual for this feature.
All DVDs for purchase on our site will be designated either All Region or Region 1. All Region are not specific to any one region, and can be played on all DVD players in the US or abroad. Region 1 will work with North American DVD players only. Though again, many DVD players are multi-format. Check your manual for this feature.
Some UK and European VCRs are dual format and will play both NTSC and PAL videos. Please check your manual before ordering.

We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised. A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within one to two months.
