Fitness jumping has been used in rehabilitative settings for over 30 years. With the Urban Rebounding Program, this well-researched technology is now available as a group fitness approach to create the ultimate cardiovascular workout suitable for the gym.

The Urban Rebounding Program is accomplished by jumping only a few inches off the surface of the Urban Rebounding fitness equipment and reduces the jarring impact associated with other types of aerobic exercise. This is a fun workout for all ages, shapes, and sizes. This safe, effective style of aerobics provides a surprisingly challenging cardiovascular workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles and joints.

Six workouts on one mega DVD:
First Timers - This workout is designed for people who have never been on the Urban Rebounder. A mixture of instruction plus a short workout. (28 mins.).
Basic - This is a beginning level workout. The participant will become familiar with the Urban Rebounder and learn the seven core moves. The core moves are then combined in an add-on workout sequence, followed by sports specific moves (39 mins.).
Intermediate - A 45 minute workout that combines the basic core postures with intermediate hi-low moves and sports specific exercises (45 mins.).
Advanced - An intense cardiovascular workout that combines all postures from the first timers, basic and intermediate. The workout also includes many directional changes and new postures (39 mins.).
Senior - 'Oldies but Goodies' Senior bounding is a fun and effective workout for seniors or individuals that are de-conditioned. The workout uses the stabilizing bar, giving people an added balance device (30 mins. ).
Abdominal - An intense abdominal workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The soft surface of the Urban Rebounder makes Abdominal Bound a whole lotta fun! This workout is a challenge (23 mins.).

Four workouts on one mega DVD:
Box Bound - All the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing and kick boxing and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounding core moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout (35 mins.).
Dance Bound - This program combines easy to follow dance moves with traditional Urban Rebounding core postures. The warm-up introduces a fun jazz style routine. The participant will move from the basic bounce through a series of show stopping dance like moves, all done entirely on the Urban Rebounder (40 mins.).
Core Bound - A challenging workout that uses the Urban Rebounder as a tool to develop better balance and coordination. Most postures are Pilates based and are done on the Urban Rebounder (45 mins.).
Hip Hop Bound - A funky cardiovascular workout on the Urban Rebounder. The workout will take some of the Urban Rebounding core postures to the next level with urban flair (21 mins.).

Kick Bound - A total body workout that is entirely done on the Urban Rebounder. The kicks in the workout are safe but challenging. This cardiovascular workout is considered advanced (32 mins.).
Interval Bound -  An interval workout that is easy to follow and combines sports specific postures and traditional hi-low movements paired with unique recovery periods. Round out the workout with body conditioning on the Urban Rebounder (37 mins.).
Hi/Low Bound - An advanced cardiovascular workout that combines old aerobic postures from the 70's and 80's and gives them a modern urban feel (43 mins.).
Latin Bound - A cardiovascular workout that mimics traditional Latin dance postures. All postures are done on the Urban Rebounder. The Urban Rebounding core postures will be enhanced with a Latin flair (28 mins.).

Sports Specific Bound - You will feel like an athlete with a workout on the Urban Rebounder, simulating real sports specific training drills. The workout will give you conditioning for your favorite activity and balance challenges to enhance your athletic ability (34 mins.).
Ballet Bound - An intense cardiovascular workout that takes core ballet postures and combines them with the Urban Rebounding intermediate and advanced moves (32 mins.).
African Bound - A high intensity cardiovascular workout, utilizing African dance movements on the Urban Rebounder. The music is a mixture of African and Caribbean rhythms and melodies (25 mins.).

Kids Bound is the kids version of the Urban Rebounding Program. There are four Kids Bound workouts: First Timers, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.

First Timers - Kids are taught how to set-up the Urban Rebounder and are given helpful hints before they begin to Urban Rebound. They are also introduced to some core moves. (30 mins.).
Basic - A twenty minute workout in which the kids are taught four core moves and forty-five degree turns (20 mins.).
Intermediate - A twenty minute workout in which the kids learn five core moves and quarter degree turns (20 mins.).
Advanced - A twenty minute workout in which the kids learn six core moves and full directional changes (20 mins.).
